Step 3:
I will send you a verification email when PayPal registers your payment and a second when I mail your order out. Books take a few minutes to sign, about a day for me to get them to the post office, and then however long surface mail takes to get to you.

Typically books arrive at their destinations in North America within two weeks. Elsewhere, it takes longer; up to two months in some cases. If your order disappears into the aether – I will replace once, free of charge.
